MIXTURE MACHINE :

This type Machine is fabricated by us on heavy duty channel and main 'U' shape drum and main control shaft/ribs in Stainless, Steel (S.S.) Main Motor of 2HP 1440RPM driven with Gears & pinions.

SCREW CONVEYOR :

For conveying Mixed Material from Mixture to Extruder Screw conveyor will be used, which is made out of SS Pipe and Screw driven with 1HP motor.

READY TO EAT EXTRUDER

(For Direct Expanded Snacks): It is continues cooking Food extruder specially designed with main bearing housing fitted with good makes bearings. The main structure is made by mild steel tube frame outer covered by Sheet. Hopper in S.S. with Feeding Screw, Variable Control Driven by 1HP DC Drive Motor. Main Drive motor of 30HP. Screw and Barrels are made of alloy Steel. Die head bolts and nuts are of high tension (LPS) make. Water cooled jacketed barrel. Cutter Knife is driven by 1HP DC drive for cutting of Products as per desired sizes and shapes. Cutter Guard at the die plate and feeding chute is made out of S.S.

DRYER WITH COATER :

This unit is consisting of two cylindrical drums that is made in Stainless Steel graded SS-304. The first drum will be used for dryer that is fitted 24 heaters. The capacity of each heater is 1KW and driven with 1HP Motor. The first drum size will be 30”dia x 12’long in 18gauge in Stainless steel grade # SS-304. The second drum is the coating drum. Coating drum size is Dia24”x 12’Long in 18Gauge SS-304. That will be driven with 1HP Motor.

Driven with 1HP motor and Gear Box. Hopper `U’ Shape in SS With agitator shaft. Masala feeding by SS Screw Variable control drive.
